Battle of Guilford Courthouse Soundscape

On March 15, 1781, British and American forces met in what is now Greensboro, NC. It was one of the most bloody days in the Southern Campaign of the Revolutionary War and was one of the last British victories in the South. Today, the battlefield is a secluded place in the middle of Greensboro and provides several biking and running trails.
